YEE-HAW
Shanon + Joshua = Engaged

Who knew driving to Luckenbach, TX could be such an adventure?! All I knew... drive North.

Broken down car. Torrential Rain. Loud country music. Winding roads. No cell phone coverage. Shanon and Joshua... I am so thankful for your incredible patience!!

I can't forget to mention Shanon DROVE all the way from Mississippi to be with her fiance for a week and so we could finally get these engagements out of the way! You are SO cute together and now I can say I ben to Luckenback TEXas! Yee-haw!
One thing I loved about this couple is how we took we pictures at a place that was significant to them. They met in Luckenbach!! It's such a good idea and makes the photographs that much more meaningful 10, 20 years down the road.
This is the window where they had one of their first conversations...
And this is by a path they walked down and had their first r e a l l y long conversation.

Thank you for trusting Renee and I with something so important to you. I am honored to be your wedding photographer!!

I couldn't have imagined that these pictures could have come out any better! I love the silouette by the window. I hear Shannon telling me that story of how they met, in my head, when I look at it. The old truck was a great touch too and the fact that she looks all sassy with her hand on her hip on the path where they had their first R E A L L Y long conversation is a great too. It's almost like she's saying to him "d'ya think you can handle whatchur 'bout to get into, cowboy?" Haha. Great pictures.
